JT issue a service update: customers struggling to scroll on social media

Have you been experiencing issues downloading images and videos especially in social media sites?

We like others in Jersey have been experiencing problems on social media with the downloading of images and videos. The post is there but there will be a blank box where the image should be. 

JT are looking into it and have issued this post on social media, which we were able to download. We haven't experienced problems today, so we're hopeful that this issue is resolved now.
