Trudy Le Bas
Trudy Le Bas has been a Council Member since May 2022.
Trudy has worked in the charity sector since 2016 and has a background in grant-making and programme management.
She has experience volunteering and working for a variety of non-profit organisations and has assisted other charitable organisations in implementing grant management systems.
Trudy’s current role is as Grants Manager at Jersey Community Foundation, where she assists in distributing grants to charities and organisations supporting the local community.
She said that she is inspired by the diverse range of voluntary sector organisations working across Jersey to make people’s lives better through difficult times.
Previously, Trudy worked in Social Housing in Jersey, before moving to Jersey Overseas Aid, where she was responsible for overseeing all the grants at the Foundation.
Trudy was born and educated in Jersey and completed her BSC (Hons) degree at Southampton University.
