    The covering letter provides details on how to activate and safeguard your new £100 card but if you’re having any problems you can contact the team at:

    Once activated you will need to keep your PIN and card safe.
    Remember to sign the back too.
    The PIN is required the first time you use it and then contactless transactions thereafter.
